Casa dos Amados at the 11th Edition of Vinhos de Portugal in Brazil

Casa dos Amados wines, by Osvaldo Amado, were present at the 11th edition of Vinhos de Portugal in Brazil, the largest Portuguese wine event in the country. The event took place in two major cities—Rio de Janeiro from June 7 to 9 at the Jockey Club Brasileiro, and São Paulo from June 13 to 15 at the Pavilhão da Bienal in São Paulo’s Ibirapuera Park. The aim of the event was to engage a new consumer audience for Portuguese wines in Brazil.

Casa dos Amados participated in this prestigious event with various wine tastings, lectures, and workshops aimed at a discerning and knowledgeable audience. Renowned winemaker Osvaldo Amado was present at the numerous tastings, which included his exclusive “Raríssimo” wine collection.

The highlight of this year’s edition was the debut of two new wine brands launched by Casa dos Amados: “Todos,” a tribute to the Baga and Arinto grape varieties, and “Pipa Rosa,” which features wines from the Beira Interior region.

“It was an intense few days where we captivated the Brazilian audience with our wines, including the ‘Raríssimo,’ which already holds a special place in the hearts of wine enthusiasts in Brazil, as well as our new brands Todos and Pipa Rosa, through which we showcased the magic of wines from some of Portugal’s best wine regions.” , says Osvaldo Amado.
